RANGERS will be hoping to secure their spot in the Europa League group stages when they take on FC Ufa in the second-leg.

Steven Gerrard’s men won the first leg 1-0 after ex-Brighton star Connor Goldson bagged the winner at the Ibrox Stadium.

Why does the Ufa vs Rangers kick off at 3pm?

The Gers are making a 3000-mile trip to take on FC Ufa on Russia.

Rangers fans wanting to watch their team in action will face an afternoon kick-off.

Ufa lies on the frontier of Europe near Kazakhstan and is therefore two hours ahead of Moscow and four hours ahead of the UK.

Therefore the match will be a 3pm kick-off, or 7pm local time.

This match will take place on Thursday, August 30.

The Neftyanik Stadium will host the showdown.

Which TV channel is it on and can I live stream it?

This match will not be available to watch on TV in the UK.

But it has emerged that bet365 are going to live stream the game on their website.
