How old is Reshmin Chowdhury?

The best thing I ever did was get off my lazy ass and start exercising!! 🏋🏽‍♀️ It’s crazy that as a sports presenter, I grew up watching almost every sport on TV, but did zero sport myself, finding any excuse to miss PE lessons at school (I was actually a decent sprinter once!) I dipped in and out as an adult, but fitness was never a priority. I also didn’t “need” to exercise as such, because I was one of those who could eat what I wanted and never really put on weight, even after kids. I now truly believe that exercise is a form of self love and the best thing you can do for yourself and those around you. It started off as a vanity project in my 30s – and needing energy (with two kids, 20 months apart) but now it’s completely transformed the way I think, how I plan my day, what I eat and what I cook for my family – pretty much everything. (We all eat the bad stuff we love too, just with the brain switched on! 😉) I almost feel like the incentive to look your best is a bi-product, because the mental and physical benefits of feeling strong and healthy are so much greater. What took me so long?!?! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have to admit, I was completely out of my comfort zone taking these photos!! However, I wanted to capture something that is a big part of my life – and luckily I had @jarekduk and @julia.snowdon on hand to ease me in 😁💖💪 Happy Friday, everyone! 😘 #fitness #instafit #instafitness #fitnessmotivation #strengthtraining #weights #girlswholift #mumswholift #strongnotskinny #friday #fridaymood #fitnessfriday #happyfriday
