Mario Mandzukic and Callum Wilson are both high on Manchester United’s wish-list ahead of the January transfer window, according to reports in the British media.
Sky Sports is reporting that the Red Devils are monitoring both players as the lead-up to the January transfer window gathers pace.
The Red Devils have made something of a mixed start to the new Premier League season and currently find themselves down in 10th place in the table.
According to the same story, Manchester United are continuing to keep tabs on both Juventus star Mandzukic and Bouremouth forward Wilson ahead of the January transfer window.
It is claimed that Wilson, 27, would fit in line with Manchester United’s new policy of recruiting top English talent under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The same article also says that Mandzukic will be available again in the January transfer window as the speculation about the 33-year-old’s Juventus future continues.
Manchester United have only won two of their opening seven Premier League games so far this season in what has been a stuttering start to the new campaign.
They will aim to return to winning ways in the top flight when they travel to Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.
