Luke Shaw is set to miss Manchester United’s next two games due to the head injury he suffered while on international duty with England, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the left-back will be out of action following the concussion that he suffered during England’s clash with Spain at the weekend.
Shaw has now returned back to Carrington to be assessed by Manchester United’s medical staff, and the same story says that the defender will definitely not be considered for selection for the Red Devils’ trip to Watford on Saturday night.
According to the same story, Manchester United will not take any risks with Shaw and they will give the defender as long as he needs to recover from the injury.
It is also claimed in the same article that Shaw could miss Manchester United’s clash with Young Boys in the Champions League next week.
Shaw had been in solid form for Manchester United so far this season, with the defender having seemingly won over Jose Mourinho.
The left-back has started all four of Manchester United’s Premier League games this season and has netted one goal so far for the Red Devils.
