SIR Rod Stewart says he feels “immature” for bedding hundreds of women — confessing even his time campaigning against nukes was all about sex.
The three-times-wed lothario took part in left-wing activism during the 1960s including CND protests to rid the world of nuclear arms.
But he admitted his life became: “Save cats. Save dogs. Shag in tents.
“What a life. What a life.
“CND was all about women.”
The 73-year-old said: “I was doing what I think a lot of guys would have done in that era with the money I had earned and the fame.”
He added: “I was not breaking the law, which brings us back to breaking a few hearts, which I sincerely regret. That was immature.”
The dad-of-eight spoke of his distance from eldest Sarah Streeter, 55, who was born when he was 17 and before he became famous.
His teenage romance with her mum Susannah Boffey fizzled out, and their daughter was put up for adoption aged one and grew up unaware of her famous dad.
Rod said: “We don’t see much of each other, although we do keep in contact.

Despite his love of women and numerous love affairs over the years the rockstar believes #MeToo was overdue.
He said: “I love romance. But as far as MeToo? That movement is long overdue. Of course it is.”
