Real Madrid are very much keen on signing Chelsea star Eden Hazard before the close of the European transfer market next week.
Though Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, once again, reaffirmed last night that the Belgian is not for sell, that hasn’t stopped Madrid president Florentino Perez from making a last-minute move for his signature.
According to AS, the Los Blancos president is ready to offer the Blues an eye-catching sum of money, which is believed to be £200m, for Hazard’s signature.
The Galacticos parted ways with Cristiano Ronaldo last month and the European giants are yet to find his replacement despite all their search for one.
Though Hazard didn’t have the same playing style as the Portuguese striker, the Chelsea star has great dribbling skills which will definitely help him get past La Liga defenders so as to score goals for the team.
Hazard is yet to start any game for the Blues so far this season but Sarri revealed last night that he won’t sanction the Belgian’s proposed move to Santiago Bernabeu because he remains one of his best players.
In other Chelsea news, Daily Star are reporting that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to listen to offers from Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid for Marcos Alonso on one condition.
The British media claimed that the Israeli billionaire might consider selling the Spanish left-back to any of the Madrid clubs this summer, should they make offer above £60m.
