A NASA intern who told a told legendary space expert to ‘suck my d**k and b***s I work at NASA’ has been FIRED from her dream job, according to reports.
Twitter user Naomi H posted on the site to celebrate her new role, writing: “EVERYONE SHUT THE F*** UP. I GOT ACCEPTED FOR A NASA INTERNSHIP.”
When former NASA engineer and member of the National Space Council Homer Hickam wrote back she replied with a profanity-laden post.
The 75-year-old, who worked at NASA for 17 years, had said: “Language” in response to her first tweet.
Naomi H replied: “Suck my d**k and b***s I’m working at NASA.”
But she was left red-faced when Homer replied: “And I am on the National Space Council that oversees NASA.”
Hickam is later said to have confirmed the intern was fired by NASA, who saw her tweets.
But the NASA legend – who memoir Rocket Boys was the basis for the 1999 film October Sky – said he did not personally complain to Nasa about the posts.
He is said to have actually blamed Naomi’s ‘friends’ for her dismissal after the exchange – which has since been deleted – was spread online.
He added he was doing all that he can to help her get a new job in the aerospace sector.

“As it turned out, it was due to the NASA hashtag her friends used that called the agency’s attention to it long after my comments were gone.
“For what it’s worth, I want to extend @NaomiH_official my deepest condolences for having this opportunity torn away from her by an old chud.”
