OLIVIA Buckland has dumped her Love Island co-star as a bridesmaid in her wedding to Alex Bowen.
Love Island 2016 winner Cara Del La Hoyde was set to play a role in the blonde beauty’s wedding next month.
Olivia, 24, will marry fiance Alex, 27, in September after they met on the ITV2 show two years ago.
She asked new mum Cara to be by her side – but has retracted the offer.
Writing in her column for new! magazine she told readers: “Cara’s got Freddie now and when I asked her she was a lot less busy and I thought she could handle the pressure.
“But we spoke about it and she’s so busy with Freddie and she’s got so much on her plate that I felt like it was pressuring her.”
She went on: “I said, ‘I don’t need you to be my bridesmaid, you’re coming to the wedding regardless and if it’s easier on both of us with all the commitment, how do you feel about just coming to the wedding as a guest?’
“And she was really happy about it and said it was nice to hear that I thought about it like that.”
Love’s Island 2016 star Tina Stinnes will still be a bridesmaid along with Olivia’s childhood friends.
However, Olivia denied she’s argued with Cara and said: “We both don’t need that label.
“You don’t have to be a bridesmaid to know that we are good friends.
“We’re very honest with each other.”
Last week, Cara also denied she wasn’t speaking to Olivia, writing on Instagram : “Sorry to disappoint some people we are still besties @oliviadbuck.”
